Imagine West Virginia is a tax-exempt division of Vision Shared, Inc., yet it operates independently through the guidance of its own Board of Governors and Executive Director. While state funds are not used to advance the organization’s work, Imagine is supported by generous contributions from individuals, businesses and foundations. Donations to Imagine are tax-deductible and are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the organization’s mission.
